I won't be sending my kiddo to Uni unless the plan is to specialise in any field like law or medicine. Rather I would prefer home schooling with vocational upskilling.

Thanks of the share. There are so many more non-mainstream educational options emerging now beyond the traditional idea of home schooling. I think education is on the brink of an exciting revolution

Thank you! My honest opinion - AI is simply a tool - to be used wisely to benefit humanity or destructively. I think if used Wisely it will be an enormous benefit to children’s education and its our job as parents to help them use it the right way.

I went the vocational route and I am now retired. Drafting, machine tool, solid modeling. AI and robots will take those job along with welding and construction.

Which jobs will AI not take? Caregivers? Guess that all falls under vocational training- with much needed human touch and empathy
