I sat with my father as he approached his final hours and he very cautiously told me and my family that we were all working too hard and told me to sell some of our assets and take life a bit easier. Coming from a man who had worked so hard all his life to accumulate property and shares and wealth, I was completely floored. I totally get your message. And I also get that choke that stops men from connecting our inward feelings of love to our outward communication. Sadly I really struggle with this. The really sad part is that it takes most of us to the end of our life before we realise these fundamental truths.
